on a scale of 1-10, how sketchy would this be?

That’s pretty cool; however, I would not under any circumstance ride in it. This feels more Apollo 1-ish

riding in it would be bad, just imagine if they crash

This looks more sketchy than an E tch-A -S ketch.
Though the article says it’s got a metal frame underneath, so it may not be entirely terrible . But I expect it to look like a death kart after the first drive when all the plastic panels fall/flake off.

would you ride in a real countach ? because that frame is just heap box tubing.
I’d say underlying structure is what would decide it for me. after a bit of bondo and paint you probably wouldnt thinkit quite so terrible

real one is no issue, made by people originally to a certain standard.
who’s checking on the build quality of the home made one though?

If they set a layer of fiberglass on both sides it wouldn't be so bad.(or fiberglass on the underside and carbon fiber over the top for looks)

A Countach actually has a very rigid spaceframe.
The roof area (especially the a-
pillars
)
is of course very flimsy.

he has used mostly plastic to print the parts (PLA, ASA, ABS, and PETG), the physicist has also used carbon fiber nylon for those parts that require extra strength.
